Privacy
McMackin & Co. operates a single informational website. We collect only what you send us, and we do not sell or share it.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you enter into the contact form: your name, title, organization, work email, phone number if you provide one, organization type, market, and the message you write. We collect nothing else, and the site has no accounts, no logins, and no payments.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
What we do with it
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry and to correspond with you about a potential engagement. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we send no marketing email.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Not to data brokers, not to partners, not to anyone.
- We do not run advertising or analytics trackers. There are no third-party pixels, ad networks, or behavioral tracking scripts on this site.
- We do not use cookies for tracking. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Who else sees it
Form submissions pass through our website host, which processes them on our behalf and is bound to keep them confidential. We disclose information beyond that only where the law requires it.
Confidentiality of client information
Information shared with us in the course of an engagement is governed by the confidentiality terms of that engagement, not by this page. We treat client market data, strategy documents, and operating information as confidential as a matter of practice.
This site is not a channel for protected health information. Please do not send patient records or any individually identifiable health information through the contact form.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry correspondence as long as it is useful to an active or prospective relationship. Write to info@mcmackinco.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Children
This site is directed to business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear here with a new date at the top of the page.
